Highly recommend you pair up with the Mercer 12" Knife Guard to store the knife in. Made of durable hard shell polystyrene, these effective edge protectors ensure the knife blade stays sharp, in pristine condition and acts as a good safety measure. The knife simply slides into the Knife Guard from the top opening.
It is not recommended to wash your knife in a dishwasher. The performance of your knife can be diminished if not cared for properly. After use, carefully wash knife by hand with warm soapy water. Rinse and thoroughly dry with a soft dish cloth. Store in a knife block or use the optional Mercer 12" Knife Guard.
