Dough sheeter 4 stars

Love this sheeter saves me so much time! I’d give it 5 stars but there are a few things they could improve upon. 1 is the adjusting of the roller. Very easy to see the holes and numbers when you are looking across from it but the one right next to you…not so easy. And the 2nd suggestion is the micro knobs that let you adjust at a 1/2 increment…. Very loose and hard to get it to work and stay in the slots.

This purchase has been one that I can say is well worth the investment... I started making croissants before I got this sheeter, and the difference in making these alone has been worth it. And the ease with which it sets up and tears down is so nice... I really like the carrying case...

Yes this machine is pricey but worth every penny. It folds up for easy storage and works like a dream. I believe this machine helped me to make excellent croissants on my first try. I am so happy I have this model. I'm going to use it for a lot more things in the future.
