Accessory Shelf with Folding Legs for the Folding Proofer - Dimensions: 12.5" x 15" x 4" (Opened).

Creates a second level in the Proofer 4 inches higher. Ideal for proofing two sheet pans or four loaf pans.

Rack has fold out legs for easy storage. Legs are held in open position by clips that keep them from damaging loaves on lower shelf when placing in or removing from proofer.

You can proof 2 x 1kg Banneton Bowls or 4 x 750g Oval Bannetons with the extra shelf capacity.

Proofer - PERFECT!

love it - makes my life so much easier as being in south island NZ our climate is cold and now Im able to do what I want when and not wait all day for something to rise - YAY!

Two-tiered proving

Love that this increases the capacity of the proving oven, especially as my recipes generally make two loaves. A bit awkward to store as it doesn’t quite fit as beautifully with the rest of the folded oven but otherwise fine

Brod and Taylor proofer

Found this when we were looking for something to proof our baking and are delighted with it (our initial search found a custom made walk in proofer, nice, but a bit large and pricey). The Brod and Taylor proofer is well designed, is easy to use and folds down compactly for storage. Initially we found it on a US website, and were pleased to find it was also available in NZ.

It has made a huge difference to baking yeast products – so far we have made Samoan pani popo, cinnamon buns and plan to make brioche, bread and stollen. We also made yoghurt which was tasty, quick and easy.

We’re thinking of making some butter and maybe even some cheese in the future.
