Awarded a Gold Medal AND Best of Show Flavoured Olive Oil at the recent 2021 NZ Olive Oil Awards. It also won a Silver Medal at the 2021 Australian Olive Oil Awards.
Made from NZ grown organic Yuzu (Horowhenua) and Frantoio Olives (South Wairarapa). Midori (meaning green in Japanese) Yuzu Olive Oil uses green Yuzu fruit.
The Yuzu and Olives are cold pressed together, using the traditional agrumato method to extract all the fragrant juices and oils of the fruits.
A true celebration of the unique, intense Yuzu citrus flavours underpinned by the herbal flavours of fresh NZ olive oil. Use as a finishing oil for drizzling in seafood, chicken, fresh vegetables, salads, breads. Use in desserts and baking too.
