These Art style lames allows Bakers to score creative designs on their loaves with the lame acting like a pen in your hand so you can score intricate cuts at any angle on the loaf. This wouldn't be possible with a shaft type lame.

NUX : Made from Walnut wood. The UFO Nux (Latin for nut) is twice the thickness of the other UFOs and has much deeper sculpted grooves, which makes it easier to open and tighten. TIME : Extremely durable and water proof, the UFO Time is made from 100% recycled paper and food safe resin (Richlite). This is a tough UFO, and will even withstand harsh lye used in pretzel making and is dishwasher safe! The UFO Time is matte black and the texture is addictive to touch. The stainless steel hardware is custom and the screw features a ball end for comfort

ZERO : Made from Walnut wood. The UFO Zero lame was Tyler's original concept for the circular lame. Tyler says "I had 1950's scifi on the brain along with some engineering stuff and lots of my mother's card games. It's a long story!"

A double edge razor blade is pre-installed; it's wrapped in paper inside the lame. Please be careful when handling. The wood UFO's are made of American black walnut and stainless steel hardware. 46mm diameter, 6.35mm thick.
